This Generation Needs You
This generation needs leadership. And if you’re reading this right I believe God is calling you to lead whenever you are. In your home, your job, your neighborhood. It’s time to really dig our foot deep into the firm foundation Christ has given us and not be shaken by culture. The people who culture praises (not all) are unfortunately not the role models for us nor for our future generations. I believe he has called you spefically to break generational curses in your bloodline. It is scientifically proven that trauma and habits are genetically passed down. What can you do today for someone else? What can you do today to step up? What can you do today to show mercy for someone even though they have wronged you? I know this message is for me too, how can we be an example of what living Christlike actually looks like, and I’m telling you right now, living in the righteousness and peace of God is the best feeling in the world. Nothing can compare. As Jesus said if you do the work of the father he and God will dwell and work in you and make your body a dwelling place. Sometimes this can be scary but it’s always worth it.
“Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them. Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.”
John 14:23-24 NIV
“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.” “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”
Matthew 7:24-27
